"Water Under the Bridge"

The Kiwanis Club is continuing the tradition of pitting local paddlers against the frigid waters of the Pewaukee River. This year marks 51 years for the RiverRun. The event is as much a community event and rite of Spring as it is a fundraiser that benefits the Pewaukee Food Pantry. The run starts in Pewaukee and ends in Frame Park in Waukesha. The course has flat water in the upper stretches with twisting, rough, fast water at the lower end. Make sure to wear your personal flotation devices and dress appropriately for the weather and the possibility of getting swamped. Participants with children are encouraged to use caution and rely on your own judgement in the rough sections. Spotters will be present at the trickiest locations to assist if you tip over but will not actively prevent capsizing. Save the date - Saturday, May 10, 2025. Get those canoes and kayaks ready and challenge your friends and neighbors to a race.

Two Ways to Register!

1. Download and Complete the Registration Form. You will print and complete the PDF form. Then, mail it (preferred) it along with your payment. Make checks payable to Pewaukee Kiwanis and mail both check and completed form to Koepp Realty, 115 #C Main Street, Pewaukee, WI  53072. Bring a copy to the registration table on the morning of the event.
2. Complete Your Online Registration. Complete your registration and pay online. You will receive an email receipt confirming our registration. Please print and sign the waiver and bring it with you to the table on the morning of the event. We’re sorry, online registration is now closed. BUT, you can still register in person at the event. See you there!
